True value is built in shared experience. At The Haven, I didn’t just want to build a retail space; I wanted to architect a "Third Place", a physical hub where the local CPG and creative communities could actually collide.
These spaces were intentionally curated to bridge the gap between professional ambition and personal well-being. From hosting strategic CPG Founder Meetups, Launch Parties, and Dragon’s Den Viewing Parties, to facilitating high-energy Games Nights with Elan Lee (Exploding Kittens). We balanced the high-level networking with events grounded in resilience and connection, including Meditation Sessions with Kate, Beach Walking Tours with Richard White, and Cold Dips.
The goal wasn't just to host events; it was to foster a dense, high-trust network of operators, founders, and creatives rooted in genuine support and curiosity. It was a live testing ground proving that when you build the right environment, commerce naturally becomes community.
